Through the present warning, DIVASA-FARMAVIC, S.A. (from now, “DFV” or “company”) informs to the website users that, in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (from now, GDPR), the personal data provided will be added to a file owned by DFV, with registered office in Carretera de Sant Hipòlit, Km. 71, 08503 GURB-VIC, Barcelona.

The access to DFV’s website does not require user’s previous registration. Nevertheless, the access and browsing through this portal implies the user’s full acceptance of each and all of the terms of this privacy and cookies policy.

    I. Legitimacy of data processing

The legitimacy to carry out the processing of user’s data is in the interested party’s consent, which will be requested for the specific case.

The management of contracting services, payment, invoicing and shipments are legitimated by the own execution of the agreement.

The processing of the data in order to send electronic newsletters about services, events and news related to DFV professional activity is based on the legitimate interest of the company to carry out the processing in accordance with the current regulation.

Concerning the submission of Curriculum Vitae, the legitimacy of data processing is based on the consent of the users who supply their personal data. These users can withdraw their consent at any time, although this means that their candidacies will not be considered in personnel selection procedures. Nevertheless, the withdrawal of their consent will not affect the legality of the processing carried out previously.

Furthermore, the user’s information may be used to comply with the legal obligations of the company.

Only needed data for the good development of the existing contractual relationship between the parties will be collected and, particularly, for any of the following purposes:
  • Manage the contracting of services and those administrative procedures related to the existing contractual relationship.
  • Manage the use of any of those functionalities that are available in this website.
  • Manage the submission of Curriculum Vitae.
